Procedure for ethical review according to the field of research

In order to obtain the ethical assessment report, a different procedure must be followed depending on the type of research being carried out:

1. Human research   i research in which biological agents, genetically modified or not, of risk to human, animal or plant health are used . Managed by the CEBRUdG: CEBRUdG procedures . It should be borne in mind that in order for the CEBRUdG to be able to evaluate the projects, it is necessary to request it 30 days in advance of the date of the meeting. 
2. Research in the field of clinical research. It must be obtained through the Clinical Research Ethics Committee (CEIC) of the University Hospital Dr. Josep Trueta from Girona, accredited since 1993. Check it out on the website,  then send a copy of the report to the CEBRUdG.
3. Research in the field of animal experimentation. It must be obtained through the Ethics Committee in Animal and Human Experimentation (CCEAH) of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Check it out on the website. Then send a copy of the report to the CEBRUdG.
